Haun series cold and hot impact test chamber is the necessary test equipment for metal, plastic, rubber, electronic and other material industries. Precautions for use

1. Try to avoid shutting down and starting the refrigeration unit within three minutes to avoid affecting the function of the compressor

2. It is forbidden to heat or test the explosive and combustible substances which are highly corrosive. Otherwise, it will cause unnecessary loss, or the machine can not test it

3. The amount of test objects should not affect the air circulation of the test box, otherwise the performance of the machine will be affected

4. When using, the door should be closed tightly, otherwise the temperature will leak out and the performance area will not be reached

5. Assign personnel to operate the machine to avoid early damage to the machine

6. When the machine is running, it is necessary to avoid opening the box door as far as possible, because when the temperature is low, it is easy to open the box door to cause ice sealing phenomenon in the internal evaporator and other parts. Especially, the lower the temperature is, the more serious the situation is. If it must be opened, the time should be shortened as far as possible.

7. When the operation is completed, open the door to take the test object after the machine stops completely.

8. During operation, please do not open the door unless it is necessary, otherwise it may lead to the following adverse consequences: high temperature gas flushes out of the box Very dangerous!

High temperature air may trigger fire alarm and cause malfunction!

Door opening method: the operator must move backward along the opening direction when opening the door to prevent a large amount of hot air gushing out to hurt people

9. Please note that the machine must be grounded safely to avoid static induction!

10. Circuit breaker and over temperature protector provide the safety protection of the tester and the operator, so please check it regularly.

11. During operation, please do not touch it by hand to avoid electric shock or fan injury, which may cause danger. Therefore, please stop the operation and turn off the power before repairing.

12. Non staff members are not allowed to maintain and inspect the machine. During the maintenance and inspection, it should be carried out by full-time personnel, and at the same time, there should be monitoring personnel to prevent the uninformed personnel from electrifying and closing, which may cause electric shock and injury.

Maintenance method

1. The condenser (radiator) of refrigeration unit shall be maintained regularly and kept clean. Dust sticky condenser will make the compressor high-pressure switch trip off and cause false alarm. The condenser should be regularly maintained every month. Dust attached to the condenser heat dissipation mesh should be removed by using a vacuum cleaner or cleaned with a hard brush or blown with a high-pressure air nozzle after starting up.

2. When opening or closing the door or taking the test object from the furnace, do not let the object contact with the rubber edge on the door, so as to prevent the rubber edge from being damaged and shorten the service life.

3. The ground around and at the bottom of the fuselage should be kept clean at any time, so as to avoid accidents and reduce performance caused by large amount of dust inhaled into the unit.

4. The refrigeration system is the core of the machine. Please inspect all copper pipes for leakage and snow every half a year. If there is oil leakage in the mouthpiece joints and welding joints, please inform our company or deal with it directly.

5. The large current contact of the distribution board should be cleaned and overhauled at least once a year in the distribution room. If the contact is loose, the whole equipment will be in a dangerous working state. In light of this, the components will be burnt out, and the fire, alarm and personal injury will be very dangerous. When cleaning, the dust in the room can be removed by using a vacuum cleaner.

6. Please do not adjust the setting values of the two over temperature protectors in the distribution box. They have been adjusted at the factory. This protection switch is used to protect the heating pipe from empty combustion and alarm. Set point = temperature set point + 20 ℃ ~ 30 ℃.

7. When the test product time arrives, the product must be taken off and the staff must wear dry, electricity proof and temperature resistant gloves

8. Cleaning and maintenance of the inside and outside of the box.

9. The internal impurities should be removed before operation.

10. The power distribution room should be cleaned at least once a year. When cleaning, please use the vacuum cleaner to remove the indoor dust. The outside of the box must be cleaned more than once a year, and it can be cleaned with soapy water.
